Feed Back Sought For New Greerton Village Library

Planning for the new Greerton Village library is coming down to the business end and your feedback is needed to make sure that this new facility looks and feels just how you want it to.

The redevelopment of the Greerton Village Library is the final piece in the 21 year process of revitalising the Greerton Village shopping precinct, a realisation of a long held vision for Greerton Village to become a destination.

Tauranga Librarians are working to gather your feedback asking questions like, how will you use the new Greerton Library? What could the library look like from inside and outside? What is most important to be included and how would you travel to the Greerton Library?

You can give your feedback in a number of ways including a public meeting being held on September the 2nd at the Greerton RSA 6:30-8 pm.  RSVP to 5777177 or

We also have an online survey that you can access here -  ( all info collected will be passed on to the library for consideration) and you can fill out a survey the good old fashion way inside the library!

We are so excited about this opportunity for our Village and look forward to hearing your thoughts.
