Previously named 'RnR Knitwear', in 2013 this name was changed to 'Robyns Cottage'. Crafts included are machine knitting, hand knitting, fibre and fabric dying, crocheting, sewing, cross stitch, card work and machine embroidery Becoming an authorized Brother Dealer in August 2016 opened up further opportunity for Robyns Cottage and in September 2017 the business set up in its present location, 147 Chadwick Road in Greerton.
In early 2020 Robyns Cottage were appointed to be the authorised Janome/Elna dealers for the wider Bay of Plenty area.
As well as the shop in Chadwick Road, the Robyns Cottage website offers the opportunity to shop online.
Robyns Cottage also hosts groups and offers classes across different crafts. Some set topic groups are offered on a regular basis ie once a month while classes are held as the demand is required.
Classes can be held weekdays or weekends and either in the morning, afternoon or in the evenings depending on demand.
